Premier Pilates and Yoga Testimonials!!

1. https://www.groupon.com/biz/new-rochelle-ny/premier-pilates-yoga

2. “This is one of the best pilates and yoga studios I have been to, and I have visited all the major NYC pilates/yoga studios. I have had the pleasure of studying with the Director and Master Teacher, Adriene Ingalls for a few years, and every year I get stronger, leaner and fitter. I have been able to lose weight, and keep it off and for that I thank Adriene. Her teachers are also excellent and every time I walk into the studio, I leave feeling better than I did when I walked in. I have referred several friends to this studio and everyone loves it here–one of my friends has decided to do the pilates teacher training program at the studio. It just doesn’t get any better as Adriene herself studied with two of pilates’ protegees (romana, and kathy grant) and is therefore a 2nd generation authentic instructor passing on the vision of the method to us, her students as well as her Instructors. I highly recommend this studio as you will definitely get results and have fun doing it! Totally awesome!” (Eleanor M.– New Rochelle, NY)

3. “Really glad I found this place. Instructors are very knowledgeable and the classes are great. I have sent all my friends here and will continue to take sessions here for a very long time.” (Linda S.–Mt. Vernon, NY)

4. “I’ve been doing yoga for 15 years; Adrienne is by far the best yoga instructor I’ve met. She has extensive knowledge re spine and muscle anatomy and very carefully coaches students on how to safely move and build strength. Her small classes – no more than 6 students – allows constant personalized training. I’m forever spoiled.” (Ellen S. — New Rochelle, NY)

5. “I recently purchased a living social deal for 5 yoga and pilates classes at this studio. I went to my first yoga class yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. The Instructor was very knowledgeable and gave me modifications to the poses I could not do as I have a severe low back injury. I left the class feeing much better than I did when I arrived and my back pain actually went away by the end of the class and has not returned today at all. I have been in pain for the last 5 years and have never taken a class with this result. I’m going back tomorrow for class and have to say that I am really happy I finally found a place I could practice yoga and pilates after all these years of trying different studios. I think I’ll be here for a while.” (Andrea F. — New Rochelle, NY)

6. “I originally started yoga to improve my overall health and work out some neck/shoulder issues that cause chronic pain. I shopped around and decided to go with Premier Pilates and Yoga because the attention I receive is beyond anything I’ve experienced in other studios or in the large gyms. There is an emphasis on technique so I know I’m doing the poses correctly even when practicing at home. My instructor is extremely knowledgeable, not only with yoga, but regarding overall health and well being. My practice has improved to a point where I’m doing things I didn’t think possible. I feel amazing when I leave class which has spread out to all the corners of my life – better health, better body & much better state of mind! I would (and have) recommended this studio to anyone. Great selection of classes, good space and tons of equipment!” (Lauren W. — Valhalla, NY)

7. “I have been a student for 3 years at this studio and have enjoyed every moment. My instructor is great! She is fabulous and knows her stuff! I feel like I always have individual attention when I am in her class. The space is open and very clean. I husband told me to find something that I would like and that I would stick to it and that is just what I have done! I started this for my mind, body and soul after a major bout with cancer and I have to say Premier Pilates & Yoga is my place for my spiritual peace and exercise for my body.” (Rose R. — Bronx, NY)

8. “This woman knows her stuff. Clean space, knowledgable instructor. Very reasonable pricing.” (Irina B. — Bronx, NY)
