Private sessions are also available in 30 minute and 60 minute sessions. Working privately is a great way to refine your skills and perfect your form. Half hour sessions are excellent for beginning clients. All New Clients must first either do a half hour private kettlebell session or attend our Introduction to Kettlebell Class on Saturdays at 10:00 am before being able to register for regular kettlebell sessions at the studio.
