Ball Therapy: Self-Massage for Pain Relief


Ball Therapy uses various sized balls to target trigger points in tight muscles to provide relief from chronic pain, tightness, unwind knots and also helps to penetrate through layers of skin and muscle to massage deeply into your high tension areas. It is also a great tool to completely unwind the body, reset the internal organs and provide stress relief. A one-hour ball therapy class or private session will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to conquer your daily activities.

Ball Therapy is a non-invasive way for you to discover and develop your unique and full range of healthy and sustainable movement. Join 2nd Generation Pilates Instructor, Presenter and Pilates Teacher Trainer Adriene Ingalls for a weekly Group Class devoted to Pilates Instructors. Spend an hour a week having fun and indulging your body with fellow Instructors in a comfortable, non-competitive environment.

Fridays: 3:00 - 4:00 pm; Cost: $35


Yoga Instructor Masterclass

Join Yoga Instructor, Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher Trainer Adriene Ingalls for a weekly Group Class devoted to Yoga Instructors. Spend an hour a week having fun and indulging your body with fellow Instructors in a comfortable, non-competitive environment.

Saturdays: 7:00 - 8:00 am; Cost: $35
