Learn how to support women during their journey into motherhood in this comprehensive training in prenatal yoga, conscious birthing and postnatal yoga with Adriene Ingalls, E-RYT 500, RPYT. Learn how to incorporate the great teachings of yoga seamlessly into Mother Nature's blueprint, encouraging women to experience a more joy-filled pregnancy, empowered birth and confident postnatal transition.
This in depth, comprehensive 85 hour training is for those who want to dive into the world of prenatal yoga and work with this very specialized population. Our Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training course offers the skills to teach prenatal and postnatal yoga, meditation, relaxation techniques, labor support skills and conscious birthing. Our goal is to reawaken a woman's innate wisdom by dispelling cultural fears of childbirth and enabling her to make educated, empowering choices about how she want to birth her baby
A Training Manual will be provided and students will be expected to complete homework assignments, including observation and practice teaching between sessions. (Teachers will also find this training applicable to teaching restorative, infertility, chair, partner, beginning and seniors yoga.)
Daily schedule: 8:30am-5:30 pm (with a lunch and snack breaks)
